Growing mortgage brokerage is looking for bilingual English/Spanish individuals with strong speaking/writing skills to be part of our family-oriented team. We are looking for a tech-savvy, detailed oriented, checklists/systems lover, caring individual that enjoys helping people and wants to see our clients succeed in becoming homeowners.

2+ years of customer service experience
Updated resume with employment dates

(take all 3 tests before the interview, no exceptions!)

Knowledge of CRM (SalesForce, a plus)
Strong knowledge of MS Outlook / Word
Strong knowledge of Adobe Pro
Knowledge Google Calendar
Strong knowledge or expert with Excel
Familiar with Slack
Familiar with DropBox
PC / Internet Specs

Internet speed of minimum 5 Mbps
Job Description

* Take inbound calls with the utmost professionalism and phone etiquette

Data enter clients into CRM (Salesforce), Google Contacts & Online Portal (Floify)
Reach out to clients via Phone / Email & Text to follow up regarding their pending need list to complete a mortgage application
Archive received documents in a pre-established/strict format into Dropbox
Convert documents received in jpg or other image format documents to pdf format using adobe pro
update the need list in salesforce and manually synchronize it with our online portal (floify)
flawlessly data enter a mortgage application in our crm & loan origination system (los) based on documentation received and reach out to clients for additional information.
Work on other data entry projects as required

9:00AM to 4:00PM PST
