English to Romanian Translator & Copywriter (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced/competent translator, fluent in both Romanian and English to provide a couple of hours a week translation services on an hour-by-hour ad-hoc basis. The focus is on translating English content into readable Romanian language.

Working directly with the team at Igniyte, you will be an experienced translator, hopefully with some copywriting experience (however not essential), who will be required to translate social media content, biographies, and other ad-hoc article content from English to Romanian fluently. Our client is Romanian so translation in terms of grammar and legibility must be sturdy to the Romanian eye.

Experience in SEO would also be advantageous, but training will be provided on the singular platform you would use.

This will be an on-call, no set-hours role, working on a weekly basis on a short-term contract. This role is entirely remote, but you will have the opportunity to utilize our office facilities in Leeds if local to the area. You will be working with an English-speaking team only.
