We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and sales plan for our signature digital offer, "Break the Spell: Reprogramming the Subconscious for Black Women’s Liberation," a transformational online mini course. The primary objective is to generate immediate sales while simultaneously establishing sustainable long-term systems, funnels, and marketing language for consistent revenue.

While we possess a strong brand vision, high-quality content, and a well-developed offer, we currently lack a cohesive marketing structure, optimized sales funnel, and conversion-focused messaging. The ideal strategist will be responsible for the following key deliverables:

1. Conduct a thorough audit of our existing marketing efforts, including social media presence, website, sales page, and calls to action (CTAs).
2. Develop a detailed 14–30 day launch and marketing plan specifically designed to drive immediate sales for the mini course.
3. Create or optimize our sales funnel to effectively capture leads and guide them through the purchasing journey.
4. Craft high-converting copy for CTAs, social media captions, and email campaigns, ensuring the messaging aligns with our brand voice while compelling action.
5. Establish repeatable systems for consistent audience growth and ongoing sales generation.

We are looking for a collaborative partner with proven expertise in digital marketing strategy and online course launches. Essential skills include a strong understanding of sales funnels, email marketing best practices, and social media conversion techniques. The ability to combine data-driven strategy with creative, culturally resonant messaging is highly valued.
