Virtual Assistant – Customer Support + Tech-Savvy Team Player
Location: Remote | Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

We’re a fast-moving, small business looking for a Virtual Assistant who’s organized, proactive, and loves helping people. If you’re tech-comfortable, speak fluent English, and enjoy problem-solving, we want to hear from you.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
Responding to customer support inquiries with care and professionalism using Freshdesk
Assisting with internal documentation and task tracking in Notion
Managing workflows and communications through GoHighLevel (GHL)
Updating content and making basic changes in WordPress
Light video editing and repurposing content using Descript
Working with spreadsheets: editing, organizing, and formatting data in Google Sheets / Excel
Communicating clearly with our team, asking questions, and following up on tasks
Participating in training and growing your knowledge of our systems and processes

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Customer service experience – you know how to listen, solve problems, and create a great experience
Comfortable with technology – not a coder, but you’re not afraid to click buttons and figure things out
Familiarity with at least some of the tools we use is a bonus:
Freshdesk
Notion
GoHighLevel
WordPress
Descript
Google Sheets / Excel
Timely, responsive, and a great communicator
A team player with a positive attitude who isn’t afraid to ask questions
Detail-oriented and dependable
