Human Resource Specialist

We are a Foundation looking for a Human Resource Specialist to help us with our hires worldwide. Our Foundation will provide legal and medical assistance to the population and help mitigate Covid consequences; In such a way that the people can return to Normal Life.
Currently, we are looking for an experienced Human Resource Recruiter to start as a freelancer (3 months) with ample opportunity to evolve into an HR Manager role.



Qualifications
Professional experienced in recruiting and can lead an entire recruiting process from end to end. High integrity and a strong work ethic, organized, and self-motivated.
• Minimum of 2 years of human resource and recruiting experience.


• Compulsory knowledge of spoken English
• Desirable: knowledge of Spanish
• Experience working with a globally distributed team

Key Responsibilities
• Sources, screens, and provides shortlists of qualified candidates for various divisions of Foundation
• Meet with foundation team to have a full-scale understanding of the open positions
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates with the utmost professionalism and respect
• Fulfill the entire recruiting process from end to end and hire the personal required
• Gather and provide feedback to the foundation team on how we could improve

Compensation
• Pay will depend on tasks fulfilled 100%
