Key Responsibilities: • Lead Management: This includes managing incoming patient inquiries and leads, schedule consultation, tracking lead status and conversion rates. • Patient Education & Guidance: Educating patients about various plastic surgery procedures, expectations, and the overall patient journey is a crucial part of the role. This involves explaining the process from initial inquiry to post-operative follow-up. • Sales Activities: Engaging in sales activities, including presenting treatment options, discussing pricing and financing, and following up with potential patients to convert leads into booked procedures. • Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinating consultations, surgical procedures, and follow-up appointments, often collaborating with the surgical team and optimizing the scheduling process. • Patient Liaison: Serving as the point of contact for surgical patients, providing personalized support and addressing inquiries with empathy and professionalism. • Reporting: Tracking and reporting on key metrics, such as inquiries, consultations, and conversion rates, to analyze performance and identify trends. • Marketing and Online Presence: Managing social media profiles, including content creation and engagement. Developing email marketing ampaigns. Assisting with SEO optimization. • Qualifications and Skills: • Experience: Previous experience in medical sales, preferably within the plastic surgery or aesthetics field, is highly valued. Strong sales experience in a fast-paced environment is crucial, with a proven ability to convert leads. • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with patients, providers, and colleagues. The ability to build trust and lasting relationships with patients is key. • Organizational & Administrative Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage details and workflows are important for ensuring a smooth patient experience. • Empathy & Patient Advocacy: A compassionate and empathetic approach is crucial for building rapport with patients and understanding their needs and concerns. • Technical Skills: Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM systems and other relevant software applications is beneficial. • Bilingualism (English/Spanish): Fluency in English and Spanish is often essential, especially in roles with a large number of potential patients. • Education: college degree is preferred • Self-Motivation & Independence: Remote roles require a high level of self-discipline and the ability to work independently. • Performance-Driven: Many remote plastic surgery coordinator roles, particularly those focused on lead conversion, requiring a strong drive for results. • Availability: While the location is remote, you may still be expected to be available during specific hours to connect with patients. Essential Skills: • Excellent Communication Skills: Clarity, empathy, and professionalism in handling patient interactions. • Strong Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently. • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using modern office tools, scheduling software, EHR/practice management systems, and communication platforms. • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in record-keeping and information handling. • Reliability and Professionalism: Dependable work ethic and strong internet connectivity. • Customer Service Skills: Focus on providing outstanding service and addressing patient needs. • Medical Knowledge: Understanding of terminology, procedures, and patient concerns in plastic surgery. • HIPAA Compliance: Training in HIPAA compliance to protect patient information.
