**Part-Time Project Manager (Remote, 4 hrs/week to start)**

I run a growing business that involves product development, small-batch manufacturing, and vendor coordination (including international suppliers). As the business grows, I'm focusing on high-revenue sales and need a sharp, reliable person to follow up with our team and vendors to keep projects moving.

🔹 **Key Tasks:**
- Follow up with internal team members to ensure tasks stay on schedule
- Communicate directly with vendors (overseas & domestic) for updates and deliverables
- Track project timelines and make sure nothing slips through
- Bring me only what needs my input or approval

🔹 **Must Have:**
- Strong communication skills
- Experience managing projects remotely
- Familiarity with sourcing/manufacturing (textiles, product dev, or similar)
- Proactive and resourceful (you follow up without being told)
- Able to work with limited instruction

🔹 **Nice to Have:**
- Experience with global sourcing
- Background in textiles or light manufacturing
- Tools: Trello, Asana, Google Sheets

⏱️ Starting at **4 hours/week**, with room to grow as you prove yourself. Flexible hours — you can be in any time zone as long as you get results.

We support several U.S.-Based eCommerce brands with product development and global sourcing — including textiles and consumer goods. As we grow, I need to focus on sales and high-value clients, but project timelines are getting delayed due to lack of follow-up with team members and vendors. We’re hiring a part-time Project Manager (starting at 4 hours/week) to coordinate with our internal team and global suppliers, keep tasks on track, and bring me only what needs my attention. Your work will be key in keeping projects moving smoothly while I focus on scaling.
