Production Company seeks self-starter and motivated individual for reception, administration and office management. Must be able to work independently and have own transportation . This is a permanent position, part time with option to flex up.

Responsibilities Include but not limited:

Microsoft Outlook
Excel
Answering busy phones
Other administrative duties as needed
Disbursements/ journals
Payroll
Deposits
Balancing Accounts
Processing payroll
Running financial reports
Verify disbursement ledgers and issue payments
Quickbooks experience
Payables/Receivables
Familiar with AIA construction documents
Project Correspondence
