We are looking for a calm and smart Project Coordinator to assist with the conceptualization and oversight of several initiatives within our business. To this purpose, the Project Coordinator is in charge of identifying gaps that might be filled by projects, working with colleagues to suggest appropriate initiatives, and managing the distribution of human and financial resources. You should accomplish this while following any deadlines that have been set. You need to be able to monitor performance across a variety of developments if you want to be a successful project manager. In the end, a great project manager will leverage each employee's special abilities to advance the viability of every project.

This role will be responsible for creating new project plans in collaboration with stakeholders such as clients and workers, outlining the people and material resources needed to finish each project successfully as well as creating a resource allocation plan and implementing it to share labor and funds. You will be also be tasked with monitoring employee performance to guarantee excellence and adherence to deadlines.
