Real Estate Firm and Financial Business

I have my Real Estate Firm since 25 years ago. However, I recently (about two years) became a Financial Educator and a Life Agent with WSB. I have the super goal to take the Financial Company to the max level to earn my first $1Million in two years taking as financial base my real estate income. Therefore, I need to produce more closings(3-5) per month so that I can use it as a base for the financial education project.
