We are seeking a sharp, reliable, and self-motivated Remote Admin Assistant for a long-term engagement. This role is crucial for our mission-driven organization, and we are looking for someone who takes their work seriously and wants to be part of something meaningful.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing client inquiries, intake processes, and follow-up communications to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing engagement.
Scheduling consultations efficiently and maintaining an organized client pipeline.
Accurately maintaining records, trackers, and internal documents to support operational efficiency.
Providing comprehensive day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Director.

Required Skills and Attributes:

Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills, as direct interaction with US clients is a primary component of this role.
Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
Demonstrated ability to be self-managing and take initiative in a remote work environment.
Comfortable and proficient with CRM systems, Google Workspace (or similar office productivity suites), and other relevant organizational tools.
Prior administrative or client-facing experience is a significant advantage.
