Talent Acquisition / Sourcing & Recruiting Specialist

I'm looking for an Specialist in Talent Acquisition to help me meet our current recruiting needs worldwide. We are a global, remote Performance Influencer Marketing Company.

Requirements:
• Compulsory knowledge of spoken English (and Spanish)
• Desirable: knowledge of a third language (French, German, Portuguese)
• Experience working with a globally distributed team
• 5hours/per day availability

Main scope:
• Sources, screens, and provides shortlists of qualified candidates for various positions open
• Keeps organized our candidates information. The ideal person should have experience with Google Apps (Gmail, Gdrive, Docs, and Sheets), as this will be our main method of entering data.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates, proving regular feedback as necessary 

This is not an offline position, you will need to be in constant communication with me throughout the day, as well as having daily or almost daily meetings for planning/updating purposes.
