We are a rapidly expanding service-based business based in Charlotte, NC, currently specializing in appliance repairs. Our strategic vision includes broadening our service offerings to encompass a wider range of home services for our valued customers. To support this growth and ensure seamless operations, we are seeking a highly versatile, organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant.
This role is crucial for our daily administrative functions and will involve a variety of tasks, including:
* Managing inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service.
* Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
* Providing timely job status updates to client and customers.
* Scheduling and rescheduling customer appointments efficiently.
* Assisting with social media management to support lead generation efforts for our services.
Our primary CRM for current repair and scheduling operations is Housecall Pro. The ideal candidate must be adaptable and comfortable learning and utilizing multiple software platforms, as we anticipate incorporating additional CRMs for our new service lines. We are looking for a proactive individual who can grow with our company, contribute significantly to our operational success, and help us maintain high standards of customer satisfaction as we expand.
