What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing and fixing automation tools like Zapier (or similar platforms)

Creating and maintaining Google Sheets for daily updates

Providing technical support and troubleshooting common issues

Handling data entry, database management, and light bookkeeping

Assisting with website design, SEO, and online marketing

Creating and editing videos and basic graphic content

Offering strong administrative support (calendar, email, scheduling)

Managing social media accounts and creating engaging content

Solving problems creatively and staying organized under pressure

🧠 Skills & Experience You’ll Need:
Proven experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)

Proficiency in Google Workspace—especially Google Sheets

Comfort with WordPress, Wix, or similar website builders

Social media savvy (ig, fb, tiktok, etc.) And basic content creation

Solid knowledge of basic bookkeeping tasks

Strong tech troubleshooting and support skills

Excellent communication and organization skills

💻 About the Position:
Remote, flexible hours

Part-time (approx. 20 hours or less per week)
