We are seeking an experienced team or individual to develop a comprehensive AI-powered customer success dashboard. This robust platform will integrate critical data from Salesforce, HubSpot, and SQL Server to provide a unified view of customer health and wellness. The primary objectives are to proactively identify potential churn risks, automate personalised follow-up actions, and optimise engagement strategies. The system will leverage generative AI capabilities to draft empathetic and contextually relevant responses for customer interactions, perform sentiment analysis on support tickets to gauge customer satisfaction, and recommend upsell opportunities by analysing usage patterns and customer behaviour. A key requirement for this project is to ensure the dashboard is multilingual, supporting English, Hindi, Spanish, and Indian Sign Language (ISL), with comprehensive visual and sign language support to promote inclusive communication. This solution will be instrumental in empowering our SaaS teams to significantly enhance customer retention and satisfaction through data-driven insights and empathetic, diverse communication.
