Bilingual Client Experience Specialist for Us Accounting Firm

We are a US-based accounting firm serving the Spanish-speaking small business community in Louisiana. We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) Client Experience Specialist to join our remote team. This role is ideal for a problem solver and fast learner who will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients across various communication channels, including phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media. The successful candidate will possess strong soft skills, demonstrate a client-first mindset, and have a genuine interest in US taxes and accounting services. Key responsibilities include handling inbound client inquiries, actively managing Facebook and other social media channels for client interaction, responding promptly to WhatsApp Business messages, supporting content creation efforts, and meticulously logging all client interactions in our CRM system. Experience in customer service or client relations is required. Prior experience with social media content creation is a strong plus. This is a full-time remote position.

Fully bilingual English and Spanish — spoken and written — will be assessed during screening

Minimum internet speed: 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload — speed test may be required
Camera on during all internal video calls — business casual appearance required at all times during work hours
Dedicated private workspace required — no shared or public spaces during work hours
Background clearance (NBI or equivalent) required before onboarding — issued within last 6 months
Must sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement before starting
