Bilingual Maintenance Coordinator (100% Remote / Full-Time) – Home Improvement & Renovation Sector

📝 Job Description:
We are looking for talent! We are a Richmond, VA-based home improvement firm, and we are expanding our remote operations team. We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and fluent Bilingual Maintenance Coordinator to join us full-time.

If you have experience coordinating technical teams, possess excellent English/Spanish communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment tracking multiple operational moving parts, this role is for you!

🕒 Work Schedule (Richmond, VA Timezone - EST):
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (includes a 30-minute lunch break).

Saturdays: Rotational (Half-day).

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Communication & Inbox Management: Daily review, sorting, and follow-up of corporate emails.

Field Operations Tracking: Real-time monitoring of field technicians on their job sites to ensure timely completion and quality reporting.

Translation & Technical Support: Translating work instructions and project requirements from English to Spanish for our field technicians.

Stakeholder Coordination: Direct and professional communication with tenants and property managers.

Logistics & Material Procurement: Processing payments and coordinating material orders for active jobs.

🎯 Required Qualifications:
Languages: Native or professional fluency in both English and Spanish (Mandatory).

Experience: Previous experience working successfully in a Home Office / Remote environment (Operations, Virtual Assistance, or Logistics).

Technical Infrastructure:

Your own reliable laptop or desktop PC with a high-performance processor (capable of handling multiple systems and software simultaneously without lag).

Stable, high-speed internet connection.

A quiet, professional workspace.

🌟 Preferred Qualifications (Big Plus):
Prior experience or knowledge in the residential repairs, remodeling, or construction sector.

Proficiency in managing corporate email, Microsoft Teams, and field service management CRMs.
