We’re growing fast and need a reliable, detail-oriented operational support assistant to help us reduce day-to-day load on our core team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and speaks Spanish and/or Portuguese fluently.

Project overview

- Manage and respond to basic customer support requests (via WhatsApp, email, or CRM) - Track feature requests and operational issues in Notion or a similar system - Assist with onboarding new schools and educators (e.g., Setting up accounts, providing templated guides) - Maintain organized records of institutional partners and sales pipeline updates - Support QA testing by reviewing lesson flows or checking for language issues - Handle repetitive or structured admin tasks delegated by the founder or sales team
