We are a rapidly growing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brand seeking a hybrid profile: a creative, analytical professional with proven experience managing high-budget Meta Ads campaigns (500-5,000 EUR/day). Your mission will be to lead both the creative strategy and the execution and scaling of our advertisements.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate creative ideas (20-40 per week), including hooks, angles, comparisons, POVs, and UGC concepts.
- Write clear scripts and briefs for UGC creators.
- Analyze winning and losing ads based on key metrics (CTR, Hook Rate, CPA).
- Research competitors and identify creative opportunities.
- Set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns using modern structures (e.g., Andromeda).
- Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns profitably.
- Report on metrics and propose weekly improvements.
- Coordinate with editors and UGC creators to maintain a consistent volume of content.
Essential Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in DTC e-commerce.
- Experience managing high budgets in Meta Ads.
- Mastery of key metrics: cpa, ctr, roas, hook rate.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Meta 2024/2025 (Advantage+, signals, simple structures).
- Strong creativity combined with a performance-driven mindset (we seek sales, not just design).
- Ability to generate ideas quickly and work autonomously.
Valued Skills:
- Experience in beauty, health, skincare, or supplement niches.
- Proficiency in TikTok Ads and UGC Ads.
- Knowledge of frameworks such as aida, pas, hero's journey.
