We are a rapidly growing water, mold, and fire mitigation company dedicated to providing swift and reliable services to our clients. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and efficient operations. We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to manage incoming job leads and help us build referral relationships with local insurance agents. This role requires strong communication skills.
Lead Monitoring & Qualification:
Monitor incoming job leads daily via the GroupMe app and respond to referring plumber with updates.
Initiate contact with new leads to gather necessary information and qualify the validity of the job.
Lead Dispatch:
Once a lead is qualified and confirmed as valid, dispatch it promptly to our field technicians using Microsoft Teams.
Ensure all relevant job details are communicated clearly to the field team.
Insurance Agent Outreach & Referrals:
Research and identify local insurance agents who could be potential referral partners for water, mold, and fire mitigation services.
Initiate contact with these agents (via email or phone calls) to introduce our company and explore referral opportunities.
Maintain a database of contacted agents and follow-up activities.
Assist in building and nurturing relationships with insurance agents to establish our company as their preferred mitigation service provider.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in using communication platforms like GroupMe and Microsoft Teams (or similar).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in lead generation or sales support is a plus.
Comfortable with research and outreach activities.
