KitchenDEV is a technology & marketing firm serving to Kitchen & Bath businesses in USA. We're looking for an Executive Assistant/Account Manager to support our clients and help with operations. You need to be able to multitask and be an excellent communicator.
2+ years relevant experience is required.


-Fluent in English

-Help with recruitment
-Hire, train and guide staff to meet expected goals.
-Own and present the monthly business reports
-Track timesheets and staff time off
-Account Management for ongoing monthly marketing clients
-Technical Support coordinance for products
-Project Management for small one off design & development projects
-Track and report to CEO on monthly agency and product business goals and measure results vs. Goals.

-Build and maintain strong customer relationship by providing excellent customer service.
-Identify performance improvement areas and provide recommendations.
-Communicate company performance levels including areas of concern to management.

-Help develop action plans for improving company performance.
-Help develop business improvement initiatives based on current market trends and competitors.
-Manage team members to achieve individual & company goals and objectives.

-Help coordinate community and company culture initiatives
