We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to support a short-term campaign for Spiry, an innovative AI product designed for content creators. The primary objective is to identify and engage relevant creators, establish contact, negotiate collaboration terms, and coordinate the entire campaign execution from initial outreach to final publication.
Responsibilities:
* Research and shortlist content creators who align with our target audience and brand values.
* Initiate contact with influencers and effectively manage all communication throughout the collaboration process.
* Negotiate fair rates, content formats, and comprehensive collaboration terms to ensure mutual benefit.
* Coordinate content briefs, manage deadlines, and oversee content approval processes.
* Track publications and meticulously analyze campaign results to measure effectiveness.
* Maintain a well-organized database of contacts and campaign statuses for future reference.
Requirements:
* Proven track record with previous influencer marketing campaigns.
* Demonstrated strong skills in creator outreach and negotiation.
* Experience working specifically with English-speaking markets.
* Solid understanding of major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
* Ability to manage projects independently and deliver results.
* Fluent in English.
