Experienced Social Media & Email Marketer Needed

We are seeking a creative, results-oriented, and experienced Independent Social Media Marketer to develop and implement social media and email marketing strategies across various business entities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple projects, and has a strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for service and personal brands.
* Create and post engaging and relevant content (text, images, video) for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
* Manage and maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels for each business.
* Respond to comments and messages in both English and Spanish Preferably.
* Track and analyze social media performance metrics and provide reports.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms.
* Keep online presence up to date (varies business pages, including website)
* Ability to create flyers, graphics and presentations.
* Ability to plan and manage email marketing campaigns.
* Potentially manage social media advertising campaigns (if applicable).

Qualifications:
*  Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer, for small to medium-sized businesses.
*  Preferred fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
*  Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their analytics.
*  Ability to management website content.
*  Excellent written and visual communication skills.
*  Ability to create engaging and shareable content.
*  Strong organizational and time-management skills.
*  Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*  Experience with social media advertising is a plus.
*  Familiarity with AI tools and application is preferred.
