My name is Frank, and I run a small service-based business in Texas + work as an appraiser in South Texas. I'm looking for a part-time virtual assistant to help me stay organized, respond to clients, and support both business and occasional personal tasks.

Weekly Tasks May Include:
Answering and returning customer phone calls (must be bilingual: Spanish + English)
Writing and responding to emails/texts (AI tools like ChatGPT encouraged!)
Scheduling appointments and making follow-up calls
Data entry and light CRM/document updates
Research for appraisals, vendors, or personal projects
Helping with personal tasks like planning, booking, or managing errands online
Outbound calls for invoicing or customer follow-up

Bilingual (Spanish + conversational English or better)
Friendly, reliable, and self-motivated
Comfortable using or learning: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), ServiceTitan (weโ€™ll train), and AI tools
Willing to read materials and learn processes independently
Able to handle both professional and occasional personal assistant tasks with discretion
Prior VA, admin, or customer service experience preferred
