We are seeking to hire 8 dedicated and proactive Virtual Assistants to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences for our hospitality listings, primarily on platforms like Airbnb. The ideal candidates will be responsible for a variety of tasks, focusing on guest communication, booking management, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries across multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone.
- Efficiently manage booking requests, update availability calendars, and ensure all booking details are accurate.
- Provide support to hosts by assisting with listing optimization strategies and updating pricing to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Coordinate seamlessly with guests and cleaning staff for timely check-ins, check-outs, and cleaning schedules.
- Handle guest feedback and reviews with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
- Offer guidance and support regarding Airbnb policies and best practices to both guests and hosts.
- Perform various light administrative tasks, such as data entry, compiling reports, and organizing digital files.

We are looking for individuals with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude. Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus. This is an ongoing part-time opportunity.
