URJA Japanese Learning & Consulting, an India-based Japanese language training and recruitment organization, is seeking a dedicated Japan Partnerships Manager. This remote role is crucial for building strong India-Japan education and talent pipelines by establishing long-term collaboration opportunities across the Japanese market. The manager will focus on connecting with key stakeholders including recruiters, SMEs, universities, and Japanese language schools.
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with Japanese recruiters and hiring companies.
Connect with SMEs interested in hiring international talent from India.
Develop partnerships with universities and Japanese language schools.
Identify internship and placement opportunities for Indian candidates.
Conduct outreach, meetings, and follow-ups in Japanese.
Represent URJA professionally within the Japanese ecosystem.
Maintain partnership pipeline and submit weekly progress reports.
Preferred Profile:
Native Japanese speaker currently based in Japan.
Comfortable communicating in English.
Experience in partnerships, business development, recruitment, education, or international collaboration preferred.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Interest in India-Japan collaboration and cross-cultural projects.
Work Structure:
This is a remote and flexible position. The role can be part-time or full-time, initially contract-based, with long-term growth opportunity based on performance.
