We are looking for a Remote Back Office Support Associate to provide operational support and ensure continuous 24/7 coverage in our hospitality operations. This role is part of a flexible coverage team, working closely with the core Back Office to handle shift replacements, urgent incidents, or special operational needs.
Main Responsibilities:
Respond to guest, supplier, and internal team messages via chat, booking platforms, email, or phone.
Provide operational assistance with reservations, access, payments, and incident resolution.
Log updates and reports accurately in internal systems and control sheets.
Maintain clear communication with Front Office, Reservations, and Maintenance teams.
Step in for urgent coverage or backup shifts when required.
Prepare end-of-shift reports to ensure smooth operational continuity.
Mandatory Requirements:
Residence in Latin America (LATAM) and full adaptability to the Canary Islands time zone (GMT+0).
Immediate and flexible availability for rotating and emergency shifts.
Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or remote support.
Native Spanish and conversational English.
Ability to issue invoices.
Own equipment and reliable internet connection.
Highly responsible, organized, and self-managed professional.
