Long-Term Inside Sales Associate for Kitchen Appliance Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Inside Sales Associate for a long-term engagement focused on kitchen appliance sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through proactive outreach and excellent customer service. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage a sales pipeline, engage with prospective clients, and support our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to prospective leads to generate new business opportunities.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via phone, email, and live chat, providing detailed information about our products.
Research and qualify new sales leads, maintaining an organized and up-to-date lead database.
Deliver exceptional customer service and support to both potential and existing customers, ensuring a positive experience.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of our entire product line, including features, benefits, and availability.
Assist with general administrative duties and data entry tasks to support sales operations.
Provide support to the broader sales team with various tasks as needed to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is essential for effective communication.
Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred, as it will enable engagement with a wider customer base.
2+ years of customer service experience is preferred, demonstrating a strong background in client interaction.
2+ years of sales or cold calling experience is preferred, showcasing proven ability in direct sales.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with customers.
Proficiency in using Google Workspace (e.g., Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
Required typing speed of at least 40 words per minute to ensure efficient data handling and communication.
