We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Part-Time Remote Hospitality Operations Coordinator to join The Restaurant Concierge (TRC), a growing hospitality infrastructure and vendor coordination company that supports restaurant groups behind the scenes. Our company helps restaurants coordinate and manage service-oriented vendors such as cleaning companies, handyman services, facilities support teams, and other operational vendors that specifically service restaurants. We vet vendors carefully, connect them with our restaurant clients and network, and help facilitate all communication, accountability, and operational follow-through between both sides. This is not a generic virtual assistant role. This person will act as a central communication and operations hub working directly with the founder to help organize and scale day-to-day operations. A large part of this role involves communication management, vendor coordination, operational follow-up, and calm, solutions-oriented conflict resolution. For example, if a restaurant manager sends a photo showing that something was missed during nightly cleaning, you would communicate directly with the cleaning vendor, ensure the issue is acknowledged, follow up to confirm correction, collect updated completion photos, and communicate resolution back to the restaurant professionally and positively. You will also help coordinate handyman requests, manage operational communication through WhatsApp and Xenia, assist with invoice/payment tracking inside QuickBooks, and help maintain organization across multiple restaurant accounts and vendors. We are looking for someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, emotionally intelligent, hospitality-forward, calm under pressure, proactive, solutions-oriented, and an excellent communicator with positive energy. Required experience includes Notion, QuickBooks, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Excel, and strong communication skills. Bonus experience includes restaurant or hospitality operations, vendor coordination, ap/ar or bookkeeping familiarity, sop/process building, and operations support. This is a part-time remote position with long-term growth potential for the right person. California/Mexico timezone alignment preferred.
