We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support our logistics and construction administration needs. This role requires strong written English and comfort with making phone calls, with a preference for candidates located in Latin America. The ideal candidate will be available for 15-25 hours per week to start.

Key Responsibilities:
*  QuickBooks.
*  Prepare draft invoices and estimates accurately.
*  Maintain and update job tracking records using Google Sheets.
*  Contact vendors to inquire about pricing and product/service availability.
*  Organize and manage receipts, important documents, and job-related photos.
*  Provide general administrative support, including assistance with scheduling and basic tasks.
*  Follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.

Required Skills and Experience:
*  Excellent written English communication skills.
*  Comfortable and effective in making professional phone calls.
*  Proficiency in using Google Sheets for data tracking and organization.
*  Reliable internet connection is essential.
*  Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
*  Previous experience in logistics, construction, or service-based businesses is a significant advantage.
