We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Management Assistant based in South America to support our Canadian residential property management operations. This is a long-term, full-time remote position working with a small and growing property management team managing multiple residential properties.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, and issue resolution during after-hours operations
Coordinate communication between tenants, vendors, landlords, and internal team members to ensure timely problem resolution
Track and document property management activities, work orders, and tenant communications using
Monday.com and Excel
Follow established workflows to triage incoming tenant calls and emails, escalating issues when necessary
Proactively identify and resolve property-related issues using sound judgment and critical thinking
Manage correspondence and scheduling through Microsoft Outlook to keep all stakeholders aligned
Requirements:
Proven experience in property management or real estate administration
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make independent decisions in the absence of detailed SOPs
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook,
Monday.com, and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional and quiet home working environment
Comfortable dealing with urgent and emergency situations.
Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with tenants, landlords, vendors, and internal team members.

Scope:
Full-time role (approximately 35 hours per week in Eastern time):
Sunday & Wednesday: Off
Monday - Tuesday, Thursday: 2pm-9:30pm
Friday: 9am-6pm
Saturday: 9am-12:30pm
