We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to manage our lead pipeline, qualify prospects, and schedule calls for a growing coaching business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to follow established systems while also suggesting improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently respond to all incoming leads received through various channels, including direct messages and online forms.
- Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria to ensure only high-potential leads are moved forward.
- Manage the scheduling of discovery and consultation calls, including booking appointments in the calendar and sending timely reminders to prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of lead status and progress, providing weekly reports on key metrics and conversion rates.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and improve existing lead management and qualification processes.
