We are a U.S.-Based real estate company managing rental homes (mainly single- and multi-family) and are looking for a bilingual remote assistant to support our back office and supervise our local property manager. This is a part-time, long-term role with potential for full-time. Remote role (Latin America preferred). Main Responsibilities: Review reports from the property manager and track rent payments. Maintain accounting records in Wave Accounting. Organize property documents, leases, and insurance information. Coordinate maintenance tasks with vendors. Prepare summaries for our U.S.-Based tax lawyer. Communicate with tenants or contractors when needed. Submit weekly updates and flag critical issues. Requirements: Fluent in Spanish and English. Experience with property administration, bookkeeping, or real estate. Familiarity with Wave, Excel/Google Sheets, and cloud tools. Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working remotely and independently. Available for check-ins in U.S. Central or Eastern Time.
