We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer or team to design and build a robust, scalable web platform for BINKIS physical collectibles. The primary goal is to connect each collector with the unique digital identity of their physical BINKIS, ensuring authenticity and tracking ownership.
Key System Components:
1. BINKIS Collector ID: A comprehensive user profile displaying registered collectibles, organized into collections, along with rarity indicators, earned badges, achievements, and future rewards.
2. BINKIS Passport: A permanent digital record for each physical collectible. This passport will include essential details such as character, series, edition, production year, registration date, authenticity verification, and a complete ownership history.
Physical Collectible Integration:
Future BINKIS production will feature a unique hologram on each collectible, containing:
- A unique qr code linked directly to its binkis passport.
- A public sequential BINKIS number.
- A secure, internal, and non-predictable ID.
- A unique secret Claim Code hidden under a scratch-off area.
Anyone will be able to scan the QR code to view public information, but only the individual possessing the hidden Claim Code can register and claim ownership of the BINKIS.
Existing Inventory Handling:
- Original Generation: Approximately 130,000 Classic BINKIS were produced without individual IDs. These will be manually added to the system as 'owner registered' but will not be 'verified' via a claim code.
- Pilot Program: 777 Reverse Flash Limited Edition BINKIS (numbered #130001–#130777) were produced with individual holograms. We aim to import these as our first 'VERIFIED' pilot collectibles.
- Future Production: All subsequent BINKIS, starting from #130778, will include their own Passport, QR code, and Claim Code.
Platform Requirements:
- User account management.
- 'My Collection' feature for collectors to manage their owned BINKIS.
- Claim validation system for new BINKIS registrations.
- Comprehensive product/SKU database.
- Individual BINKIS record management.
- Production batch tracking.
- Admin Dashboard for system oversight and management.
- CSV/Excel bulk import/export functionality for data management.
- Robust audit history for all actions.
- Advanced security measures to prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims.
Scalability and Future Growth:
The architecture must be designed to support over 1 million collectibles and accommodate future functionalities such as ownership transfers, reward systems, and gamification elements.

- Proposed technology stack and system architecture.
- Detailed security approach for the platform and data.
- Estimated timeline for project completion.
- Cost breakdown for the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
- Estimated ongoing hosting costs.
- Examples of relevant experience in similar projects.
- A clear explanation of how you would securely generate and manage 100,000+ unique IDs, QR codes, and Claim Codes.
- A detailed outline of the data structure for User -> Collector ID -> Ownership -> BINKIS -> Passport relationships.
