how to apply

important: please include a 60–90 second voice or video recording with your application.

Speak naturally rather than reading a prepared script. We are primarily evaluating spoken English, friendliness, confidence, communication style, and phone presence.

Please also briefly pretend you are answering this customer:

“Hi, I’m interested in getting Christmas lights installed on my house. How does your process work?”

Please include the phrase “Blue Christmas” somewhere in your application so we know you read the full description.

Our goal is for customers to feel like they are speaking with a knowledgeable, friendly member of our local company—not an outsourced call center.
