Social Media Manager – Ig, Tiktok, Of/Fansly | Remote | Fixed Pay + % Bonus

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Community Manager to take charge of growing our digital presence and increasing revenue across Instagram, TikTok, OnlyFans, and Fansly.
This is a long-term opportunity with a rapidly growing brand focused on adult content for audiences in the USA and Europe.

🔥 Our main objective is to scale revenue through content sales in adult platforms. For this reason, managing chats in OnlyFans and Fansly is a key part of the role. It is essential that candidates are comfortable and willing to work within the adult/fantasy niche.

✨ Responsibilities:
Manage and post engaging content on all platforms.

Edit reels and short-form video content.

Actively engage in chats and messages with subscribers to boost fan retention and drive sales.

Research trends and suggest innovative growth strategies.

Monitor performance and apply weekly improvements.

Contribute ideas to optimize content, conversion, and storytelling.

✅ Requirements:
Experience managing social media and monetized content platforms.

Strong communication skills and ability to connect emotionally with audiences.

Solid knowledge of branding and content tools.

10–15 hours/week availability, with potential to scale.

Fluent or native English is mandatory.

Must be comfortable working with adult content and interacting in that context.
