Auto Freight Broker Agent

This position is for someone who is self motivated and like to work in fast pace work enviornment. Customer service is the key to success in this job position. We are US Based Auto Transport Company Hiring Sales Representative or a Broker Agent as well. Experience in the field of a Freight industry or a car transport is an Asset.

Also knowing how to dispatch loads to carriers and how to use the specific software such as Central Dispatch and bats crm.


responsibilites include:

on a typical day at mbm logistics you will:

promote mbm logistics full scope of services and respond to rfps.
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients.
Place many calls to potential clients to build your portfolio.
Negotiate with shippers and carriers across North America and Mexico
Sort out client issues and always leave them delighted in the end, because you’re brilliant at customer service and problem solving!
Collaborate with colleagues of the operations department.

Strong negotiation abilities.
Motivated by reaching set objectives and growing your portfolio of clients.
Self-management skills - since you run your own business!
Fluency in English written and spoken. French and/or Spanish are a plus!
