I am looking for a candidate who loves to be of service and help our clients by becoming the solution to a challenge. This person will help us answer the phones, connecting the clients to the people they need, and connecting them to the services we provide. This individual is super organized and thorough and loves to stay in touch with potential clients that we can help in the future.
Must haves are organization, phone skills, follow up and fluency in English and Portuguese languages. It is a plus if you are familiar with CRM's and checklist systems like Asana to help you stay in touch and provide the customer service our clients deserve. This will be on-going work for the right candidate and could lead to promotions into management positions within the company.
