We need Virtual Assistants to collect online US real estate data from multiple websites. The project consists of researching 1000 property IDs provided by us in weekly batches of around 250 and filling a spreadsheet with the data found.
The project requires a minimum of 1000 properties researched in total during the project timeline.
- The research follows a step-by-step process provided by us.
- Spreadsheet on google drive to be filled with data found on these websites, and property rated.
- Each property search can take from 1 minute to 5 minutes, and you will get it done faster with some practice.
- The property lists will be provided in a weekly basis, for 4 weeks. Each week will have in average 250 properties to be searched.
- You need fast internet with VPN or use Opera Browser with their free VPN
- An Extra Monitor will facilitate your work.
- The main websites to be searched are Google Maps, zillow.com, Regrid.com, Fema.gov and County websites.
- It's a manual process
