Answer phone calls, greet and take down notes on customers' requests regarding auto care and/or performance replacement parts, let them know that a quote will be produced by our Parts manager and they will get a phone call or text. During and after every call, write up and send an email per phone call to Parts Manager for the price quote to be produced.

Busy auto parts store with over the counter and online retails operations requires a part time virtual assitant to answer the business' phone line and provide customer service from 8am to 12pm From Monday to Friday, Saturday 8am to 11am, Sunday 9am to 12pm. Round 25hrs a week.
