We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role requires a professional who can write with authority on technical subjects, design clear visuals, and execute marketing campaigns from start to finish with precision. You will work directly with leadership and take ownership of a significant portion of our marketing output from day one. Please note: This is not a 'copy-paste AI output' role. While we utilize AI as a starting point, you must apply your expertise, judgment, and ensure brand alignment to deliver sharp, accurate, and high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Writing: Research and craft compelling technical content, including emails, whitepapers, case studies, LinkedIn posts, and blog articles.
Email Marketing: Manage comprehensive email campaigns from end-to-end, covering segmentation, copywriting, design, scheduling, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
Graphic Design: Create on-brand visual assets. Experience with Canva is required, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is a strong plus.
SEO: Conduct keyword research, implement on-page optimization strategies, and generate ranking reports.
Social Media Management: Oversee our presence on LinkedIn (primary focus), Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X. This includes building content calendars, engaging with audiences, and tracking performance metrics.
Reporting: Deliver clear and insightful campaign reports with actionable recommendations.
Web Updates (Bonus): Perform basic WordPress/CMS edits and content publishing.
What We Are Looking For:
Non-negotiable: Exceptional written English skills are essential, as you will produce client-facing content daily.
Strong Pluses:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign.
A strong graphic design portfolio.
Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
Proven experience in B2B social media management, particularly on LinkedIn.
An independent, proactive, and effective communicator.
