We are seeking a highly organized and proactive part-time Virtual Assistant to support Bellooch Real Estate, a residential real estate business based in Kansas City. This is a long-term role with significant potential for growth and increased responsibilities.
Initial responsibilities will focus on essential administrative tasks, including:
- Efficient email triage and management.
- General administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
As the role evolves, responsibilities will expand to include:
- Contact uploads and data management within our Lofty CRM system.
- Data management and optimization for the Mojo dialer.
- Calendar management and scheduling.
- Transaction tracking and coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
- Active experience and comfort using AI tools such as Claude or Gemini to enhance productivity.
- Candidates must be growth-oriented and actively engaged in upskilling within virtual assistant communities.
- Ability to overlap with US Central timezone working hours.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who can commit 10-15 hours per week and is eager to grow with our business.
