Experienced Social Media Manager for Multi-Brand Content & Growth (Remote)

We are a multi-brand company with diverse ventures including construction (Contractor Solutions Corp), logistics (MCRC Transportation), Costa Rica real estate & tours (CR Royalty Services), and an active crypto community (FLR Costa Rica / XRP Trucker). Our philosophy is "Built Not Hyped," focusing on real businesses, real footage, and real results. Our founder posts daily from the road and requires a dedicated media manager to oversee and expand our digital presence.

What you will own:

Manage and grow over 6 TikTok accounts, including cross-posting content to Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Transform raw phone and dashcam footage into polished, clean vertical short-form videos. This includes cropping, adding captions, creating engaging hooks, and posting.
Operate and moderate TikTok Live sessions, which involve managing multi-guest lives and utilizing OBS for professional layouts.
Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule across all brands, ensuring every account remains active daily.
Monitor and analyze social media analytics to identify successful content and strategies, then double down on what performs best.

You are a fit if you:

Have a proven track record of growing real social media accounts. Be prepared to discuss numbers and provide examples of your work.
Are highly proficient in short-form video editing tools like CapCut and OpusClip.
Can expertly run OBS for live streaming, including setting up multi-camera and multi-guest layouts.
Possess a deep understanding of TikTok's algorithm, current trends, and Live/gifting mechanics.
Are organized, self-directed, and capable of clear communication, as the founder is frequently on the road.

Bonus qualifications:

Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier for streamlining posting workflows.
Familiarity with content niches related to crypto, construction, or logistics.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, catering to our Costa Rica audience.
