We are a growing marketing agency working with businesses across the US and Canada, seeking a highly motivated, fluent English-speaking Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time. This is a long-term position with significant earning potential for the right candidate.The primary responsibilities for this role include:Cold Calling (approximately 5 hours per day): Making 100 calls daily from a provided list. Following our established script, with flexibility to adapt as needed. Identifying decision-makers and qualifying potential leads. Promptly notifying the sales closer when a prospect expresses interest. Accurately logging every call and interaction in our CRM system.Operations (approximately 3 hours per day): Sending follow-up emails and direct messages to leads who did not answer calls. Expanding our prospect list through targeted research using tools like Google Maps. Maintaining the CRM with accurate and detailed notes for all interactions. Submitting a daily end-of-shift report summarizing activities and outcomes.Candidates must meet the following requirements: Fluent English with a clear and confident speaking voice is essential. A minimum of 6 months of cold calling experience in the US or Canadian market. Possession of a good quality headset and microphone. Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, during North American business hours (est or pst). Proficiency with Google Sheets and basic CRM tools. A self-managed, honest, and punctual work ethic.Compensation for this role will be a competitive hourly rate, discussed during the interview process, along with performance bonuses for qualified leads and closed clients. We are looking for a long-term partner who will grow with our agency.
