Responsibilities

-Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
-Compile and update employee records.
-Deal with employee requests, concerns or questions regarding human resources issues, rules, and company policies.
-Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
-Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
-Take notes in the interview process about the candidates and update the database.
-Prepare and post job advertisements online.
-Perform background checks and verify the qualifications and experience of candidates.
-Follow up with candidates during the recruitment process, like shortlisting callbacks or rejection emails.
-Resolve issues such as interview cancellations swiftly.
-Coordinate orientation/onboarding agendas.

Requirements and skills

-Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
-Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
-Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or relevant field.
-At least one year of experience as a recruitment assistant or a related role.
-Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Multitrabajos, Fiverr.
-Experience with Attendance Bot is a plus.
