We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Sales & Business Development Specialist to drive growth for our innovative AI voice-chat translation tool. This role involves comprehensive responsibilities from lead generation and sales closing to account management and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying and engaging target audiences, demonstrating product value, and fostering long-term customer relationships.Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively search for and connect with target audiences, including foreigners, entrepreneurs working with international clients (freelancers, sellers, office workers), frequent travelers, language learners, and cross-border e-commerce sellers. Utilize various online platforms to identify and engage potential leads. Nurture relationships with free-tier users to convert them into paid subscribers. Consulting and Sales Closing: Effectively sell solutions that address language barriers in international business. Demonstrate the voice-chat translation tool to prospects using a provided free account. Consult with clients to understand their needs and successfully close product package sales. This role also involves developing and expanding our Affiliate/Collaborator network to broaden market reach. Account Management and Customer Care: Track the customer journey from initial data collection through demo and sales closure. Provide excellent post-sales customer support to ensure high subscription renewal rates and customer satisfaction. Reporting and Performance Optimization: Maintain accurate customer data within our CRM system. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including conversion rates and revenue generated from personal sales and the affiliate network. Required Skills and Experience: Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential for this role. Proven ability to build and leverage professional networks effectively. Experience in SaaS, Technology, or Personal Productivity Tools/Software is highly preferred. Candidates must possess a personal laptop and have basic English proficiency.
