We are seeking a senior full-stack developer or a small, experienced team to build a comprehensive multi-tenant SaaS platform for the end-to-end management of nightlife venues (nightclubs, music venues, clubs, and event promoters). This is a serious, long-term product designed to centralize all operational aspects into one platform.
Key Modules and Features:
1. Ticketing: Robust ticket sales and access control, guest list management, QR code generation, efficient door check-in processes, and integrated payment solutions.
2. Cash & Expenses: Tracking of income and costs, cash closing procedures, and detailed per-event profitability analysis.
3. Bar Inventory: Management of inventory shrinkage, streamlined supplier ordering, and automated restock alerts.
4. Staff Management: Scheduling shifts, clock-in/clock-out functionality, tracking hours worked, and calculating staff costs.
5. Dashboards & Reporting: Comprehensive analytical dashboards and reporting capabilities for both individual events and overall venue performance.
Our key differentiator is the integration of predictive AI, leveraging each venue's historical data to provide actionable insights:
* Attendance forecasting per event, considering factors like day of the week, lineup/DJ, weather conditions, and promotional activities.
* Bar consumption forecasting to optimize purchasing and minimize waste.
* Recommended staffing levels per event to ensure operational efficiency.
* Revenue forecasting with advanced anomaly detection to identify unusual trends.

Node.js or Python backend, PostgreSQL with a multi-tenant architecture, a Python-based ML layer for forecasting and time series analysis, Stripe for subscription and payment processing, and cloud deployment on aws/gcp with robust ci/cd pipelines and comprehensive testing.
We operate on a milestone-based payment structure. The initial engagement, Phase 0, will focus on paid discovery, including detailed architecture design, data model definition, and the creation of a clickable prototype for 2-3 key screens. Phase 1 will involve building the Minimum Viable Product (mvp), specifically the ticketing module and one predictive ai module, to be piloted with 1-2 venues. Subsequent phases will cover the development of the remaining modules.
We are looking for professionals with proven experience in multi-tenant SaaS development and payment integration. Experience with data science and machine learning projects is highly desirable. In your proposal, please include:
