We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales & Pipeline Generation Specialist to manage the full sales cycle for our it outstaffing and nearshore software development services, specifically targeting the us market. This role requires a professional who can effectively hunt for new opportunities and close deals. Responsibilities include: Full Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales process, from initial outbound sourcing and discovery calls to crafting compelling commercial proposals and successfully closing deals. Warm Lead Conversion: Proactively follow up on warm introductions, referral partners, and company-generated leads, transforming these warm touchpoints into active sales opportunities. Cold Outreach & Sourcing: Develop and execute highly customized multichannel outbound campaigns using platforms like LinkedIn, cold email, and video outreach to secure meetings with US founders, CTOs, and VPs of Engineering. Deal Closing: Lead sales negotiations, skillfully address objections related to pricing and delivery models, and actively guide prospects towards contract signing. Account-Based Intelligence (AI-Native Approach): Deep Mining: Utilize advanced AI tools to build targeted lead bases within key accounts and conduct in-depth analysis of 'tech landscapes.' This includes scraping client job boards to identify hidden talent gaps and real technology stacks. Hyper-Personalization: Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to synthesize information from LinkedIn activity, interviews, or quarterly reports into highly relevant 'hooks' for personalized outreach. Requirements: Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IT Outstaffing, Staff Augmentation, or Nearshore software development sales, with a strong focus on the US market. Track Record: Documented success in both outbound hunting and contract closing, demonstrating an ae/bdr hybrid capability. Candidates must be comfortable with sales quotas and initiating active outreach from scratch. Language Proficiency: Bilingual or native-level English (C1) is mandatory. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, without a heavy accent, are essential for conducting high-stakes discovery calls with US decision-makers. Tech & AI Savvy: Fast comprehension of complex tech stacks (SaaS, Cloud, ai/ml) and daily practical use of ai tools such as chatgpt, perplexity, clay, apollo, hubspot, and salesforce to automate and optimize personal outreach workflows.
