Responsibilities for this role include:
* Developing and executing comprehensive strategies for our social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
* Creating a detailed monthly content strategy and content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging posts.
* Designing compelling graphics, carousels, reels, and short-form videos tailored for various social media platforms.
* Crafting professional and persuasive marketing copy in English for all social media and ad campaigns.
* Planning, launching, and continuously optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
* Focusing on generating high-quality qualified leads and significantly increasing brand awareness for Nira.
* Monitoring campaign analytics closely and providing weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
* Proactively suggesting new marketing ideas and implementing continuous improvements to campaign performance.

Key Requirements:
* Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory for effective communication and content creation.
* Demonstrated experience in managing social media and paid advertising for SaaS, AI, or B2B technology companies.
* Proven expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
* Strong graphic design capabilities, preferably using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
* Experience in editing short-form videos specifically for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
* Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude is a plus.
