We are a small international early-stage Fintech startup in Mexico and looking for someone to help with customer support tasks a few hours a day.

The main tasks will be helping our customers where needed through WhatsApp, phone, and emails. Fits to students or someone who looks for a part-time gig in Fintech and want's to get into the startups.

Communication with customers will be in Spanish but English on a communication level is a must while we are international and the main language between teams is English.
